Hi, I’m the respondent in a UK divorce and completing the online form. I’m stuck on the question asking whether I want the court to delay the Final Order to consider my financial position.
My finances (property and pensions) are still being negotiated. I’ve seen mixed advice about whether to tick yes and trigger Form B, or tick no and simply wait to apply for the Final Order later.
