Change of defendants name
we have a small claim going through the courts next month. the defendant has advised us that we have the incorrect company name and we need to change it (missing a word). i have advised the court but been told:
“A consent order should be filed or an application made.”“A consent order should be filed or an application made.”
how do i do this? i presume there is a form? do i even have to?
any guidance appreciated.
