Dementia suffers apparent on-line Will

The people my uncle lived with for over 20 years (his deceased partners family – he never married)  have produced a Will created on line, signed by my 76 year old uncle and giving his entire estate to them.   They say my uncle  created it on line himself and used a laptop to do it.  We are 100% sure, this matter is fraud and have presented them with our letter of claims via  solicitors at great expense, i.e he could not use a computer.  He had Dementia.  He did not have a testamentary capacity test, etc etc etc…..They have simply denied everything and made up stories about the whole thing including saying that my uncle, who they cared for, took himself to his own GP to get a mental capacity test.  The witnesses of the will are the parents in law of the beneficiary.  It all stinks of suspected fraud.  They were asked to confirm that his estate has not been  dissipated while the dispute unresolved. They simple ignore the question in their response. The caveat to prevent them being granted probate is in place by one of his two daughters.  My question is, it feels like we have reached stale mate…is the family and daughters only option to take them to court?  Uncle has two daughters know by all the family.  Its just a big mess.  We are now looking to find a no win no fee solicitor to help us.  Any advice.
